10oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
14oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt
Pepper
2 French baguettes
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth (8oz cream cheese,1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise)
Add spinach, artichokes, garlic, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well (10oz spinach, 14oz artichoke, 3 cloves garlic, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste)
Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish or cast iron skillet
Top with remaining mozzarella (1/2 cup mozzarella cheese)
Bake 25-30 min until bubbly and golden on top
While the dip is baking, slice baguettes into 1/2-in thick rounds (2 baguettes)
Mix olive oil and minced garlic (1/4 cup olive oil, 2 cloves garlic)
Brush both sides of bread with garlic oil and sprinkle with salt
Arrange on baking sheet and bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
